Delete your DriveTend account
You can request deletion of your DriveTend account and the personal data associated with it, even if you have uninstalled the app.
Email a deletion request
Email us with the subject DriveTend account deletion. Use the email linked to your account where possible, and include your DriveTend account email so we can find the right account.

If you used Sign in with Apple and hid your email, include the private relay address shown for the app in your Apple account settings if available.
Do not send your password, verification codes or identity documents unless we explain why a specific verification detail is needed.
Request from the app
You can also open Account in DriveTend and choose Request account deletion. Confirming sends a request to the DriveTend team; it does not immediately delete your account. You can check the request status on the Account screen.
What happens next
We may ask you to confirm that you own the account. Your request covers account and profile information and associated vehicle and marketplace data.
If specific information must be retained for a legal obligation or an existing dispute, we will explain what is retained and why when handling your request.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
